An R&D lab that happens to build products for clients
Bangalore, India · Incorporated January 2026 · MSME-registered
Most digital agencies resell someone else's cloud. Digital Mega Factory started from the opposite instinct: build the infrastructure first, prove it works on your own products, then offer it to clients.
That decision shaped everything before DMF was even a registered company. Starting in 2023, the founding team began building its own compute infrastructure as an informal R&D effort in Bangalore — engineers first, with no clients yet on the books. Rather than positioning itself as a reseller of hosting plans or a pass-through for off-the-shelf AI APIs, DMF operated as a working research lab, testing its own platform before ever offering it to anyone else.
“We are engineers first, service providers second. Every client gets architecture built for their problem — not a template with their logo on it.”
The journey
Founding team starts building its own compute infrastructure in Bangalore, informally, with no clients yet on the books.
Core compute infrastructure deployed; team expanded with hardware and business expertise.
Full distributed architecture in production across services.
Digital Mega Factory formally incorporated (15 January 2026) and Udyam-registered as a Micro Enterprise (22 January 2026), with GST registration effective April 2026. Client services launched across hosting, websites, AI automation, and network practices. MERIT-AI and Aider Digital delivered to production.
What we stand for
R&D-Driven
We build and operate our own infrastructure and put it into production on our own products before we ever offer it to a client.

Enterprise-Grade
Every engagement, regardless of size, runs on the same production-grade infrastructure and security standard.
Custom Solutions
No cookie-cutter templates. Every client gets architecture designed around their actual problem.
